Ordering Information
Postage costs:
£1.50 flat rate for all orders
If you require a next working day guaranteed service, we will post using Royal Mail's Special Delivery service for a flat fee of £5 regardless of order size. UK Mainland only.
Please note a signature will be required on delivery for this service.
Payment information
For UK orders we accept payment by Paypal, and postal order.
Please note you do not have to be registered with PayPal to make a payment.
For International orders we only accept payment through PayPal.
If paying with a paypal e-cheque then your jewellery will be reserved for you until the cheque has cleared. Please allow 5-7days for dispatch if choosing this method of payment.
Dispatch
If your payment is received via Paypal or postal order, we aim to despatch same or next working day. If you order order after 2pm on Friday then your order will not be dispatched until the following Monday.
If you require our special delivery guaranteed next working day service, please place your order by 1pm.
Minimum Order
There is no minimum order on the site
Returns
We want you to fall in love with our Jewellery, but in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 48 hrs of receipt of your order to arrange return. Please note that earrings are cannot be returned. Please also note we do not refund specially designed commissions once they have been approved by the customer.
If you wish to exchange or return soaps creams and lip and hand balms for a refund We will ask you to return it in an unopened, unused and re-saleable condition within 7 days of receiving your order. Costs of returning packages must be met by the customer personally. If your order does not reach you in perfect condition, please contact us as a matter of urgency. We will then arrange with you to either replace the goods or refund you the purchase price of the order (including any postal charges where the product is defective), whichever is your choice. We must insist all goods are returned unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition.
Goods should be returned to our registered address in a condition fit for resale. Refunds can only be given once we receive the item back, so please obtain proof of posting. We will not reimburse the cost of return postage uness the product is faulty.
Under the UK consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days from the date you placed your order.
Picture colouring, accuracy and size
We make every effort to accurately depict the colour and size of our Jewellery but please be aware that some variation may occur due to different monitor resolutions and computer set ups.

Materials used are clearly listed, and our jewellery findings cannot be guaranteed nickel free, therefore we have clearly listed which of our products use sterling silver fittings only.
Allergy information for lip/hand balms
Our creams soaps balms and lip balms cannot be guaranteed to be nut free, and some are not currently vegan friendly as they contain organic yellow beeswax. If you would like any more information or advice on this please do not hesitate to contact us
